Although her official title is CEO, her favorite title might be Director of Visioneering ✨ because no one dreams bigger for medically fragile children and their families than Tieal.
A fierce advocate, compassionate leader, creative thinker, and unwavering champion for our children, families, nurses, and staff, Tieal leads with both heart and vision.
As the mother of a medically fragile child, her passion for this mission runs deep. While Max outgrew his fragility, Tieal never outgrew her commitment to creating a world of YES for children with complex medical needs.
Today we celebrate the leader who inspires us, challenges us, and reminds us every day why this work matters.

🌟 Did you know? There are only a handful of respite homes for medically fragile children across the entire U.S., despite the growing need.
Thanks to medical advancements, these children are living longer and thriving, but the demand for specialized care is rising.
At A Rosie Place for Children, we are proud to provide a safe, loving environment where medically fragile children can play, create, and connect while their families and caregivers receive much-needed support. 💖

Many parents carry the love and loss of a child every day.
Here at A Rosie Place, we’ve known and cared for many children whose lives were short due to fragile medical conditions. We had the privilege of knowing and caring for them, and we have the privilege of carrying their memory.
If you’ve experienced the loss of a medically fragile child, please consider joining us at our SHiNE Grief Support Group.
ANY parent who has experienced the loss of a medically complex child is invited to join us for our next monthly SHiNE Grief Support Group on August 3. This group meets by Zoom and welcomes anyone who has lost a medically fragile child, regardless of when.
Our entire community is invited to join us for our Rosie Remembrance event, a beautiful evening of reflection and gratitude where we take time to remember the children who are no longer with us. Gather with us as we remember each one and what they brought to this world. Rosie Remembrance takes place September 21 at A Rosie Place for Children. We remember them.

⛳💙 Sometimes the best moments happen when things don't go as planned.
The morning of the 22nd Annual Rosie Golf Classic started beautifully, and when the rain forced us to end early, it didn't dampen the spirit of this incredible community.
As we celebrate 15 Years of Firsts at A Rosie Place for Children, we are reminded that our sponsors, staff, board & volunteers embody the resilience, generosity, and joy that have carried our mission forward.
For 15 years, supporters like you have helped create firsts that matter: ▪️First nights of respite for exhausted caregivers ▪️ First sleepover experiences for children ▪️ First masterpieces created in HeARTworks Studio ▪️ First moments of simple childhood joy, like bubble baths, bike rides with friends, and swinging outside
A special thank you to Crown Corr, our Eagle Sponsor, for helping make this year's event possible.
Truly, we couldn't do this without all of you. Thank you⛳💫 ... See MoreSee Less
