An Open Letter from Tieal Bishop about a New, Exciting Opportunity to Create a World of YES for Medically Fragile Children

Open Letter from the CEO

To our community of partners, advocates, and champions of medically fragile children,

At A Rosie Place for Children, every decision we make, every system we build, and every leader we welcome into our community must reflect one truth: the children we serve deserve a world of YES

I’m excited to announce the opening of our Chief Operations Officer / Administrator position. This is more than filling a role. This is about answering a calling.

If you or someone you know feels that nudge, I invite you to read on. And if this speaks to you, reach out. Let’s start the conversation.

Warmly,
Tieal Bishop
CEO / Director of Visioneering
A Rosie Place for Children

This Isn’t Just an Executive Leadership Role. It’s a Calling.

Looking for the Chief Operations Officer / Administrator | A Rosie Place for Children

Some leaders manage organizations. Others change lives.

At A Rosie Place for Children, we are looking for the rare individual who does both — with excellence, with heart, and without apology.

We serve medically complex children and the families who love them. We build our team, our best resource. Every decision made within our walls has a name and a face behind it. That’s not pressure. That’s purpose. And it demands a leader who is built for it.

Who You Are

You are not looking for your next job. You are looking for your next mission.

You have led healthcare operations before — and you have done it well. You understand what it takes to build and sustain a high-performing clinical environment. You don’t just manage a team, you develop them, inspire them, and hold them to a standard of care that never settles for less than exceptional.

You lead with empathy. You operate with integrity. You innovate when others hesitate. You hold yourself and those around you accountable — because you know the people we serve deserve nothing less.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and drive the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of A Rosie Place for Children
  • Lead, mentor, and develop key personnel and leadership team members
  • Build and sustain operational systems that support our growth and mission
  • Partner closely with CEO to shape the strategic direction of the organization
  • Champion a culture rooted in our five core values: Excellence, Innovation, Empathy, Integrity, and Accountability

What You Bring

Proven track record of successful operations leadership. If it was within a healthcare facility that is a huge plus. (clinical fluency is a significant advantage in this role)

A genuine passion for developing people and building strong leadership teams

Deep alignment with our mission to serve medically complex children and their families

The ability to lead with both strength and compassion — every single day

Why A Rosie Place for Children

We are developing next-level operational excellence. A new funding stream has opened the door to expanding the reach of our mission, and we need the right leader in this seat to help us walk through it, and perfect our operational systems.

This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. This is a role for someone who sees what’s possible and relentlessly pursues it — for the children, for the families, and for the team who shows up for them every day.

If this sounds like you, or someone you know, we want to hear from you.

Reach out directly. Let’s talk about what’s next.
