Before the engines roared year after year… there was the very first Rosie Ride 🩷🏍️
In 2017, riders came together not just for the road, but to make a real impact. These moments capture the heart of it all: incredible children, compassionate staff, and a community ready to show up.
What started as a ride became a movement. Creating a world of YES for medically fragile children and their families!
Today, we celebrate all fathers, and we send a little extra love to the dads caring for medically fragile children.
So many parents are superheroes, but parents of children with medical complexities are superheroes, in-home nurses, advocates, care coordinators, and so much more!

Happy World Bicycle Day from A Rosie Place for Children 🚲💙🌈
At A Rosie Place for Children, we believe every child deserves the joy of movement, play, and connection. That’s why we’re so proud of our adaptive bikes; designed so children of all abilities can ride, explore, and share in the fun together.
These bikes do more than support mobility, they open doors to friendship, confidence, and moments of pure joy. Here, differences are celebrated, and every child is included.
Parents often tell us how meaningful it is to see their children play side by side, connecting in ways that feel natural, free, and full of possibility. That’s what creating a world of “YES” looks like.
Curious to see our adaptive toys in action? We would love to welcome you for a tour. Call 574.235.8899 or email respite@arosieplace.org to connect with our Program Coordinator today✨ ... See MoreSee Less

This week, creating a world of “YES” looked like a simple walk along our winding outdoor paths💛
For one of our children, moments like this don’t always come easily, but here they are always possible!
Regardless of the complexity of care, every child deserves joy, fresh air, and the freedom to just be a kid.
Moments like this are why we do what we do, and they don’t happen by accident. They are made possible through compassionate care and your support.
