SHINE Grief Group

Your child will never be forgotten here at A Rosie Place for Children. While we continue to provide care for children who are medically fragile, we are intentional in remembering those we have lost. We also want to create a space where you can share with others who are grieving. Each of you has had such a unique journey with your child, and their absence now is a loss few can truly understand.

Join us at a virtual SHINE group for parents and caregivers of medically fragile children, wherever you are on your grief journey.

Camp Millhouse

Camp Millhouse, surrounded by 45 acres of woods, is a residential camp for differently abled people of ALL ages. Camp Millhouse is the place to be! Kids Wish grants wishes to children between the ages of 3 and 18 who have life threatening illnesses.

Challenger Little League

Established in 1989 as a separate division of Little League Baseball to enable boys and girls with physical and mental challenges 4-21 (or until completion of high school) to enjoy the game of baseball along with the millions of the other children who participate in this sport worldwide.

Make A Wish

The Make-A-Wish is a 501 nonprofit organization founded in the United States that creates life-changing wishes for minors with a critical illness who have reached the age of 2½ and are younger than 18 at the time of referral.

Kids Wish

Charitable organization that provides children who fit certain medical qualifications with the one thing they wish for most, whether it be a trip, the opportunity to meet their favorite celebrity or almost anything else they may need or want.

Anna’s Celebration of Life Foundation

Anna’s Celebration of Life Foundation (ACOLF) was inspired by a young Anna Molloy, a little girl born with a rare genetic disorder who wanted to ensure that other children with special needs were afforded the joy of “celebrating their specialness” by providing them with life-enhancing gifts needed to thrive.

Peach’s Neet Feet

Peach’s Neet Feet paints and distributes personalized shoes, organizes and sends care packages, and helps bring outreach parties to communities all over the United States.

Siblings4Siblings

Siblings4Siblings is a peer support and mentorship platform created for “glass children” — siblings of children with special needs. Founded by a high school student who saw the gap firsthand, it offers a dedicated space for connection, mentorship, and shared understanding among young people whose experiences are too often overlooked.
