Services & Education for Individuals with Disabilities 

ADEC serves people of all ages who experience developmental disabilities and delays, as well as other specials needs such as visual and physical impairments. From infants to senior citizens, ADEC can provide direct services; information or referrals to help individuals and families meet the challenges of living with disabilities.

The place for families and professionals in Indiana to go to “ASK” questions about children with special needs and to access information and resources about a variety of topics such as health insurance, special education, community resources and medical homes.  A.S.K. also has a wonderful resource page which is searchable by county.  Click here to access their resource directory.

Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy provided in the homes of children from birth to age 3 who have or are at risk of developmental delay.

A preschool program geared toward economically disadvantaged children.

Provides community resources and services for older individuals and those with disabilities.

Speech, language and feeding therapy provided either in-home or in school or community settings
